Drawing with Pastels

Overview

The aim is to draw an interpretation of ‘The Lavern’s Family Breakfast’ a pastel drawing by Liotard a French artist known for his use of the pastel medium. During the workshop participants will be able to sit and draw a still-life version of an interpretation of the original pastel work with a modern slant.

Participants will be provided with all the materials needed for the workshop and will be given guidance in the use of the medium before and during the workshop.

Anyone above the age of 8 can take part providing there is parental consent and the parents will stay in or near the venue to take care of them if needed. Adults are welcome, the learning can be adapted to all ages.

Places limited to 8.

Cost is £10 or £8 concessions . Payment can be made in cash or digitally, if you wish to pay before the event please contact me by email. Work can be taken away afterwards on the day.
