Business Networking Event

Overview

The event is part of our project Street SmART, where we aim to use arts and innovation to help improve local safety for women. We focus on raising awareness about current issues, making practical interventions, and opening up conversations on how we can make our streets safer for women.

We are collaborating with Ignition Brewery who will be hosting us as well as The Safer Neighbourhoods Team, who will attend and give a short presentation. In addition, the event will be an opportunity for us to introduce you to the development of our community safety charter and how your business can become a dedicated 'Safe Space'.

Throughout the evening, you can see some of our creative outcomes and vote on our 'in case of emergency' card designs. There will also be plenty of time to enjoy a drink and get to know your neighbouring businesses better. We believe that together, we can open up the conversation on how to make our streets safer for women in a creative and empowering way.
